This review is on a 40x55 square Retro Flowers canvas I received in August 2020. I understand Royal Diamond Painting has upgraded their canvases and drills so your experience may be different. First the positives: The image is very cute, and the colors are vibrant. The image has a lot of color blocking so completing it should go quickly for you. They symbol clarity is ok, some symbols are faint, and I am using a light pad to make sure I am accurate! Now, the bad. This painting is for my daughter’s room and she asked for this image specifically. If she had not, I probably would not have completed the canvas. My canvas was double-sided adhesive and came with so many bubbles and rivers I had to spend an hour releasing the air so the adhesive would lie flat. Even then, I still have popping drills and will need to seal this painting before I frame it. The drills I received were inconsistent. Some drills were larger than others and there were a lot unusable drills with rough edges. Usually that is not too much of a problem because there are extra drills but on one color there are only 6 drills over the amount needed to complete the whole painting. I have another RDP from before the change to poured glue and I am hoping it does not have the same problems. I *might* select another image and try again and see if I get a better kit.
